This is a masterplan project in Bawadi District in Dubai.The project was conducted in collaboration with SANAA,CAt,Atelier Bow-wow,and Junya Ishigami+Associates.The site area is a vast area of 1.2km by 0.8km with a wide street running in the middle.Various programs such as hotel,mall,museum,other kind of commercial,entertainment facilities,as well as housing,school,and hospital.Huge volumes curved out partially by patios are extruded on both sites.Patios have each different shapes and sizes,and are arranged elsewhere in the building so that outdoor space can be enjoyed.The building height is kept lower,and it is intended that the entire building becomes some sort of landscape appears in the middle of huge land.
